Responsibilities:
- Manages the regular collation, analysis, and presentation of data from a variety of sources including HRIS, BI, payroll reports, employee surveys etc.
- Prepares and presents periodic reports and audits requested by the Group or Management
- Participates in personnel cost budgeting, annual salary budget control process, personnel costs monitoring and forecasting and control
- Keeps internal HR database up to date - planning and reporting
- Performs compensation analysis and rewards review for all our positions, in line with current Company strategy, laws, regulations and compensation trends on the market
- May guide and/or assist with performance and evaluation processes
- Builds Excel models for reporting process and gives suggestions and proposals for improvement of the reports and reporting processes
- Cooperates with other departments
- Designs training courses for HR Administrators regarding basic rules for the data entry and data maintenance in Human Resources
- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social studies or other equivalent areas
- 2+ years of work experience, as a compensation and benefits specialist or similar in HR roles
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with Navision, BI, and similar employee management software
- Cooperative and flexible person with strategic way of thinking
- Strong communication and presentation skills with focus on teamwork and successful collaboration
- Excellent analytical and data management skills
- Thorough understanding of laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
